Program Analyst

  • Assist/support to the Waste Characterization Branch’s Waste Identification Team providing support to the LDR team by researching the CFR or appropriate information to prepare technical question received on LDR issues.

Technical Administrative Assistant

Serves as CEQ’s telecommunications and computer services POC, responsible for initiating/coordinating telecommunication requests.

Job Responsibilities

  • Created detailed floor plans in MS VISIO and manages/ oversees the entire White House CEQ swap desk system to assist our office maintaining COVID procedures and requirements for additional work space. Trains all staff on the desk reservation system.
  • Serves as CEQ’s Building Manager and Facilities Coordinator Assistant. Meets independently w/ GSA and White House Management to address all building maintenance concerns. CEQ’s Office Move Assistant, submits JIRA request for approval..
  • Independently, reviews correspondence & prepares White House drafts that requires a high degree of analytical thought. Created a CEQ correspondence tracking system that is now used in the EOP.
  • Receives & archives official and semi-official correspondence. Serves as a junior FOIA specialist assisting legal counsel
  • Independently analyzes & composes replies for CEQ politicals signatures in accordance with known policies and legal guidance. Trains staff on all new White House guidance regarding Safety and evacuation procedures for our COOP Safety team.
  • Contacts officials to develop information and assemble data not readily available, for own use or for use of the policy staff in replying to those cases which the incumbent determines requires the Chair’s personal attention.
  • Clears all White House visitors for appointments and meetings into the meeting location through WAVES/ WH Appointment Center Serves as White House (WH) tour point of contact for CEQ. Coordinates and submits all tour requests by working closely with.
