NCBA/SEE Enrollees:

We have received the following directives from the SEE Program Headquarters Office regarding a potential government shutdown.  Please review and follow accordingly.

As you may be aware, annual funding for part of the Government expires at midnight on December 21, 2018.

EPA’s Contingency Plan for Shutdown calls for the agency to assess whether there are sufficient carryover funds to operate for a period of time in the event of a lapse in funding and a government shutdown. EPA has determined that we have sufficient carryover funds to operate for a limited period of time.

EPA will remain open the week of December 24, 2018 in the event of a government shutdown. All SEE enrollees should follow their planned schedule for the week, including the holidays on both December 24 and 25, 2018. Should the shutdown remain in place through December 28, 2018, we will provide further updates on the agency’s operating status and the effect on SEE enrollees.
